Store in the refrigerator for 2 days in airtight container or food ziplock bag. For freezer storage, the shelf life up to 2 months.
REHEAT METHOD
For frozen cream puffs, defrost the puffs by transferring them from the freezer to the refrigerator/chiller and leave them to thaw overnight. Preheat oven or toaster to 300°F/170°C for 5-7 minutes.
